At Uponide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Uponide account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
